• In 1692, Ann Putnam + Elizabeth Hubbard, Betty Parris & Abigail Williams) involved with the Salem Witchcraft Trial accusing Tituba and Sarah Good, as well as Sarah Osborne as bewitching them.
• She is responsible for the accusations of 62 people,[1] which, along with the accusations of others, resulted in the execution of twenty people, as well as the deaths of several others in prison.
• One of the falsely accused women was Rebecca Nurse. Several Putnam family members signed a petition seeking Rebecca Nurse's reprieve from hanging. It was granted for a time but when it ran out, she was hung.
• In 1706, Ann apologies for causing the deaths of innocent people.
